The mission of the Auburn Council on Aging is to link elder needs and resources by developing and/or coordinating services, community education and advocacy.

The agency and its programs receive funds administered through the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs; and federal financial support under the Older Americans Act provided by the Central Massachusetts Agency on Aging.

Property Tax Workoff Program (PDF)
To qualify for this program, your annual income cannot exceed $30,000 if single, or $40,000 if married, and your assets cannot exceed $50,000.

If you’re 60 years of age or older or have a disability, you can ride the bus for half the regular fare with proper identification.
