The following programs are available to help individuals and families with energy costs (eligibility contingent on income and individual program criteria):
Worcester Community Action Council Fuel Assistance: Helps homeowners and renters pay home heating bills and past due balances on utility bills. Website: https://wcac.net/fuel-assistance/

Mass Save: offers a number of rebates and incentives available to homeowners and renters, as well as income-based offers.

Massachusetts Good Neighbor Energy Fund: Available to MA residents who, because of temporary financial difficulty, cannot meet a month’s energy expense and is not eligible for state or federal energy assistance.
